Important Notice: We do not have services for expectant mothers, and anyone receiving a Shiatsu Massage under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian with a signed release form. We do not offer Swedish Massage to clients under 18.
- Please note our 48 Hour Cancellation Policy: At East-West School our students depend on your appointments to reach their target graduation date. You will be charged if you are unable to give a 48 hour cancellation notice. (no exceptions) You may send someone in your place if you are unable to make your appointment after the 48 hour time lapse. If you are a NO SHOW, we will donate your massage appointment to a volunteer in need of some relaxation. We thank you for your understanding and your business. Please do not call the office to cancel your appointment. Please re-schedule all appointments online. Again, your understanding and business are truly appreciated by staff and students! Thank You!
